Trim Down And Speed Up Windows

There are a lot of reasons you might be interested in lightening up and streamlining a Windows installation. And there are several applications that allow you to do just that.

1. nLite: This freeware Windows application goes directly into the Windows installation disc and selectively rips out all the features and software you don’t want.

2. GameXP: Designed to optimize your system settings and speed up your computer to maximize your gaming experience, Game XP can also stop unnecessary processing and boost the overall performance of your PC.

3. Flite: This software rips selected components out of XP post-installation. It comes in a demo version that provides limited removal features and a shareware version that is even more powerful.
